  LICENCED venues in Queensland will have to stop serving drinks at 2am while those which serve to 3am will have to enforce a 1am lockout under proposed legislation changes.The Queensland Government has announced today new measures to tackle alcohol-fuelled violence and Attorney-General Yvette D'Ath said last drinks would be at 2am and some venues would be able to apply for an extended 3am model.If the 3am model is adopted, those venues will have a 1am lockout.Ms D'Ath said venues would be able to stay open after last drinks but would only be able to serve food and non-alcoholic drinks.Under the proposed measures, high-alcohol content and rapid consumption drinks, including shots, will be bann..
